Shipping & Delivery How much is shipping and delivery? The cost of shipping is based on how much ESG gear you purchase, where it is being sent, and how quickly you want it. Shipping is calculated once you are ready to complete your order during the checkout process. Can you ship internationally? Yes, we can ship your order internationally (excluding gift cards), but we will need to contact you after you have placed your order to finalize the shipping charges. International shipping works a bit differently than shipping within the US — when it comes to the checkout process, international shipping will not be calculated for you. Where do you ship from? ESG gear ships from Binghamton, New York. How long until my order ships? Typically, items will display their expected shipping times in the cart and in their descriptions. When will I receive my order? This generally depends on where you live and how quickly you want your ESG gear. If you live in the US, then you can expect shipping to take anywhere from 1-10 days depending on the carrier used and shipping method you request. Who will deliver my order? We generally ship via UPS and/or FedEx. However, there may be instances when shipping via USPS, DHL, etc. becomes a more viable option. Will I receive tracking info with my order? Tracking information will be sent via email to the address provided during checkout. If using USPS, then tracking info will not be available. Tracking information will be available when shipping by the major carriers such as UPS and FedEx. My order arrived damaged, now what? We make every effort to ensure the gear you order is securely packaged for a nice, smooth ride to your doorstep. But there are of course occasions when things go awry and problems arise. If your ESG gear arrives damaged, please contact us. I have not received my order, what gives? If by chance you have not received your order there are a few steps you can take. First, check your tracking information to see if your order is still in-transit. If your order was sent via USPS, give your local post office a call to see if your order is being held at their office for some reason. Finally, if you have taken these steps with no success, please contact us so we can investigate further. |
